1. Acceptance

By accessing autotechsolutions.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Auto Tech platform under a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA), the MSA controls in the event of conflict.

2. Use of the website

You may browse the site, request a demo, and submit information through our contact forms. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape content at scale, reverse-engineer protected materials, or interfere with site availability.

3. Intellectual property

The site, the Auto Tech platform, and all related content are owned by Automotive Technology Solutions Limited or its licensors. Third-party trademarks (e.g., CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, Cox Auto, Google, Meta) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced only to identify integration compatibility.

4. Demo requests and communications

Submitting a demo request is not an offer to contract. We may follow up by email or phone. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing privacy@autotechsolutions.com.

5. Performance claims

Performance figures published on the site (such as cohort medians, uptime targets, and case-study metrics) are described with their source and methodology where reasonably possible. Actual results vary by dealer, market, inventory mix, and configuration.

6. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Use of the platform under a signed MSA is governed by the warranties set out in that agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Automotive Technology Solutions Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of the website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
